The Relationship between the Life Control Surveillance System, Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) system and ID-chips.

As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski, later National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, predicted a "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear, linked to technology.
"This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits, Brzezinski predicted" (ANGELS DON'T PLAY THIS HAARP, p. 200).
In 22 April 1971, House Majority Leader Bogg warned that involved LEO have obtained "vast new powers over the lives and liberties of the people." Congressman Bogg added: "At the request of the trusted and respected heads of those forces, and their appeal to the necessities of national security, we have exempted those grants of power from due accounting and strict surveillance."

On April 22, 1971, according to the Congressional Record, House Speaker Carl Albert granted Majority Leader Boggs permission to speak. Here is some of what Boggs said:
"Over the postwar years, we have granted to the elite and secret police within our system vast new powers over the lives and liberties of the people. At the request of the trusted and respected heads of those forces, and their appeal to the necessities of national security, we have exempted those grants of power from due accounting and strict surveillance. And history has run its inexorable course. Liberty has yielded. The power of government has gained commanding ground. Mr. Speaker, I submit that 1984 is closer than we think."

Although the "elite and secret police" have been granted vast power over "the lives and liberties of the people," the facts show that the involved LEO were still not satisfied.
National Surveillance Security System Proposal of 1971
Just four months later: "in August 1971, a national surveillance security system program was submitted to President Nixon. It proposed to wire every house, car, and boat in America." (UNCLOAKING THE CIA, p. 181 published by The Free Press in 1978). The proposal was shelved at the time because surveillance system being used was already powerful enough to spy on majority of people's activities. Although the proposal wasn't accepted, it demonstrates technology needed to "wire every house, car, and boat in America" for surveillance purpose was available in 1971.
The efficiency and scope of U.S. surveillance system during the 1970's was revealed by the statement of former Philadelphia Police Chief. Former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo boasted in 1971 when he was police chief: "We know everything about the troublemakers. And we know who comes into the town, we know who's going to leave it. when they're going to leave it." (see details on UNCLOAKING THE CIA, p. 181 published by The Free Press in 1978).
How could a police chief know everything about the troublemakers in a town in 1971?
That's because the police chief have used the invisible personnel in surveillance System. Invisible operatives of surveillance system can be sent or enter people's homes/offices (vehicles, cars, boats, etc.) secretly and place people under close surveillance. Without these invisible operatives in surveillance system, a police chief could not know everything about troublemakers in town. The above information has shown that the invisible operatives of surveillance system have entered people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. to keep people' under close surveillance before 1971.
How could they "wire every house, car, and boat in America"?
They must have proposed to accomplish this by using radio wave or low-frequency wave to "network" these houses ,etc. Otherwise, they cannot achieve this goal. This program has proven that these security officers have the technology to use the low-level radiation wave or radio wave to link every home and vehicle.
One method that they could have used to "wire every car" is to install ID chips on the vehicle. Mr. Lundis, a very religion gentleman and church volunteer, told me that since 1983 the US automobile had been designed to emit signals which can be picked up by satellite. He told me that the authority can monitor you wherever you go (on the car). He received this information from auto-workers who disliked this practice. According to Washington Time report, ID-chip technology has been used by private corporation (Hughes Missiles Systems Company uses microchips) to track aircraft and vehicles. Also, the Immigration Control Act of 1986, which gives the president the authority to implement whatever type of identification is necessary to control the population. The Immigration Control Act of 1986 proves that micropchips (ID-Chips) must be available to use on personnel before 1986. The above all information support that the ID-chips must be available to surveillance system in 1980s and must have been installed in vehicles in 1983. That's because if other government units or private corporation have used this ID-Chips, then security agencies should have this technology much earlier.
The ID-chip technology was discussed in a Washington Times article (11 Oct. 1993). According to the article, ID-chip devices (which only cost $25 dollars and can emit low radio waves) had been available. This kind of ID-chip can be implanted in animals and in humans or installed in vehicles, be it a car, boat, or a plane. Furthermore, these ID-chips are designed to be tracked by satellite (please see Source below on Big Brother). Therefore, this shows that the security officers have already linked every home and vehicle in America.
Intelligence Oversight Act of 1980
In 1980, there was an excellent opportunity to build a surveillance system similar to National Surveillance Security System proposal of 1971.
"In 1980, the US Senate passed the Intelligence Oversight Act of 1980. This bill includes establishing no standards for covert operations or employment of academics, clergymen or journalists as spies or informers and no penalty for the public disclosure of agents working for the US" ( CIA by Brian Freemantle, p. 73).
Under this Oversight Act, intelligence agencies can construct a national surveillance system (like the plan submitted to President Nixon in 1971) as long as it can be covertly operated. If this national surveillance system was constructed, it would be used to augment the life control surveillance system. It will be used to track the people's movements and their vehicles. This system would be used to expand the capabilities of the Life Control Surveillance System to track the movement of people.
Citizens control - Control citizen's behaviors by controlling their bodily functions & emotion states.
Life Control Surveillance System (refer to part I-B for details) incorporates many of the technologies developed by the CIA's mind control research programs. These mind control technologies were developed for training of reliable assassin and citizens control.
"The principal goal of these mind control programs was the development of a reliable "programmable" assassin. Secondary goal was the development of a method of citizen control (Walter Bowart's Operation Mind Control -Fontana Books, London 1979).
Like the objectives that these mind control technologies were developed for, the invisible operatives of Life control surveillance system have often been used to eliminate people and/or control people's behaviors.
Citizens control: Manipulation of people's bodily functions and behaviors
From 1950s-60s, CIA developed the brain map (which can be used to control the activation of the human organism) and remote electric method within a short distance to control human brain functions. These methods are used by the nearby invisible operatives of surveillance system to secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. to manipulate/control the targeted citizens' emotion states, bodily functions and forcibly change a citizen's behaviors (for more details on please refer to Part I-B).

Illness/death inducing techniques
Since 1950s-90s, many illness/death inducing techniques have been developed successfully (for details refer to Part I-B and Part V-C). Yet, involved LEO still are searching for more techniques (such as remote control techniques to incapacitate the central nervous system).
"DARPA [Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency] has come to us every few years to see if there are ways to incapacitate the central nervous system remotely," Dr. F. Terry Hambrecht, head of the Neural Prosthesis Program at NIH, told U.S. News. ("Wonder Weapons" US News and World Report)
Obviously, such kind of remote control techniques will be adapted for use in surveillance station/system by invisible operatives to induce illness/death on victims or cause victims to become physically disabled.
Based on NIJ report, the information of 4/94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN report, MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993, and NEXUS magazine, it proves that state & local law enforcement have used the mind control equipment (e.g., microwave voice equipment, Voice synthesis, etc.) and life control weapons (e.g., microwave, infrasound, radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc.) on civilians. Therefore, the state and local law enforcement have become mind control basic units. The involved police unlawfully control local Americans' lives with invisibility technology and psychotronic (aka non-lethal) weapons
How could the involved agents, police and recruited operatives of surveillance station/system control citizens in citizens homes/workplaces or induce illness/death on their targets?
They must use the invisibility technology to secretly enter people's homes, workplaces, vehicles, etc. to keep people under close surveillance and also induce illness/death on some citizens whom they dislike.
How could these invisible operatives manipulate citizens' bodily functions and/or induce illness/death on their targets?
That's because entire nation (including all people, homes, vehicles, highways, City, State, etc.) has been placed in a electromagnetic-field after GWEN system (see details on GWEN system later) built.
Thus, after they secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. the invisible operatives can use the remote electric method within a short distance to manipulate people's brain function (to control bodily functions, emotions states, etc.) or use their weapons to induce illness/death.
I would use the following reported cases as examples to further clarify it.

One individual (driven to extremes of stress by ongoing electronic harassment focusing on her children) killed one child in an effort to protect her from further pain (at their home).
Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that, if she value the lives of her children, she would drop the her opposition to the company's installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her daughter recurrent hospitalization treatment of illness which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally induced auditory input.

It is very likely that invisible operatives were used to injure the victims (in the above information) and the victims under close surveillance. The above information shows that no place is safe in a society with life control surveillance system. The victim's children cannot avoid being harm by the invisible operatives with their weapons, no matter where the children are staying. The unaware parents cannot protect their children because they don't know that invisible personnel of surveillance system have entered their homes. One individual ended up killing one of her children to protect the child from further pain.
According to Ms. McKinney's article, these victims are tortured with laser weapon, microwaves voice device, (or other "nonlethal" weapons e.g. chronal gun, acoustic weapon, etc.) at homes and at the hospitals.
Beside invisible operatives of surveillance system, it is impossible to enter people's homes, hospital and use the so-called "nonlethal" weapons to secretly torture these victims without being discovered!
Who are these invisible personnel in local surveillance station/system?
Some of them are involved LEO (including involved FBI & the police) of local surveillance station/system. They mostly work as invisible personnel at night to direct other invisible operatives after their day job. Some of them are recruited operatives from civilians (most are next generation of invisible personnel). These recruited invisible operatives mostly work during the day when the involved LEO are on duty. These recruited career operatives might receive salaries under the name of secret informants from local law enforcement units. Also, there are some voluntary operatives who are mostly recruited from current local business store owners/managers (and/or their next generation).
What is the invisibility technology?
During the 1940s, Invisibility & interdimensional travel technology were tested by the U.S. Navy in the Philadelphia Experiment. In the experiment, scientists found out that the personnel & equipments become invisible, tiny and can levitate in the generated electromagnetic field. Thus, this technology is more suitable for surveillance purposes (for details on invisibility technology please refer to Part II-A, A1, B5 on my website). After these technologies had been successfully developed, both technologies were transferred to surveillance system.
By using the invisibility technology, operatives of Life Control Surveillance System becomes tiny and invisible. Then, these invisible operatives can secretly enter people's properties (homes, offices, vehicles, planes, etc.) without being discovered.
After entering victims' properties (residences, offices, etc.), the operatives can
keep the victims under close surveillance. The invisible operatives can also use mind machine to read target's thoughts; use "microwave voice" to drive their targets mad and/or use illness/death techniques to kill the victims. These invisible operatives are trained using mind control technologies to become reliable assassins (see detail on my webpage Part II-D1, D2).
A drawback of using invisible operatives is that the operatives equipments/weapons also become tiny with them when the invisibility technology is used. Therefore, to manipulate people's health and/or induce illness/death, the operatives need to find a way to boost the power supplied to their weapons or turn emitters in regular household appliances into weapon. In some cases, a team of invisible operatives will enter a victim's home. By working together and using the same kind of weapons (e.g., portable infrasound, microwave weapons), the operatives can induce illness/death on the victim. By using their weapons together, the operatives can also mislead the victim into believing that he/she was injure with one powerful weapon instead of multiple small emitters.
Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) System
Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) is a communications system designed to maintain defense communication in event of a nuclear war. When construction completes in the 1990s, the GWEN system will have about 300 towers. Each tower is capable covering a circular area with radius between 250 to 300 miles. The system operate by emitting VLF wave from its towers via ground waves.

The GWEN towers transmit electromagnetic waves in the VLF range between 150 and 175 kHz. Dr. Becker reported, "The VLF range was selected because its signals travel by means of ground waves--electromagnetic fields that hug the ground-rather than radiating into the atmosphere. The signals drop off with distance, and a single GWEN station transmits to a 360-degrees circle radiating out from it to a distance of about 250 to 300 miles."

Since ground waves hugs the ground (instead of radiating into the atmosphere), the VLF from the GWEN towers will cover the entire US like a web.
Official Explanation for its Construction
The construction of GWEN system began in 1980. (Coincidentally, the US Senate passed the Intelligence Oversight Act of 1980 at the same year which would allow construction of surveillance system if it can be operated covertly). Officially, the GWEN system "was designed for the purpose of maintaining defense communications in case of a nuclear war." ( Cross Currents by Dr. Robert Becker, p. 301). This official explanation seem illogical. Since GWEN is to be used during a nuclear war, it must be able to withstand the adverse conditions of a nuclear war. Otherwise, it is useless. Yet, the entire network is highly vulnerable to destruction from electromagnetic pulse (EMP) generated from a high altitude nuclear explosion.

One aspect of nuclear war that is not well publicized is the EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) phenomenon. An electromagnetic pulse is very short, intense burst of electromagnetic energy that is produced by the explosion of a nuclear weapon in space. If an EMP were produced by a nuclear explosion 100 miles above KANSAS City, its energy would be so intense that it would shut off all electric-power system, destroy all computer .............. and shut down all radio communications--across the entire United States.

How can GWEN be used in case of nuclear war when it cannot even survive the side-effect of a high-altitude nuclear blast? Also, if this system is only needed in case of a nuclear war, then it should not be used now. Yet, it is already in use.

After the 9\93 YOUTH ACTION NEWS report, "Weather war Deluge Over America" exposed the role of the GWEN system in Electromagnetic weather-engineering, the Government suddenly announced that it was temporarily curtailing construction for a one year moratorium that just ended. The present 58 tower GWEN system is still functioning and cannot be turned off or dismantled without specific legislation from Congress.

Based on above information: The GWEN system is already in use and without special legislation from Congress, its towers cannot be turned-off or dismantled. These facts show that this system is not really just used for maintaining communication in case of a nuclear war.
The official explanation (maintaining military Communication System in time of nuclear war) is obviously only a cover-story to prevent general public's opposition to GWEN's construction. That's because the GWEN system can be used many other purposes.
Concealed Functions of GWEN System
1. GWEN system generate electromagnetic-field to cover entire US for citizens control.
According to Dr. Ross Adey's research, when people are in an artificial electromagnetic field, their emotional states and behaviors can be remotely influenced by directing a carrier frequency aim at their heads.
After GWEN system generate VLF (a kind of electromagnetic wave) to cover entire nation, it is the same to place all Americans in a electromagnetic-field. Thus, the citizens' "emotional states and behaviors can also be remotely influenced" by the nearby invisible operatives who secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc. and direct a carrier frequency aim at their heads (as same as in Dr. Ross Adey's experiment).

In his pioneering work, Dr. Ross Adey determined that emotional states and behavior can be remotely influenced merely by placing a subject in an electromagnetic field. By directing a carrier frequency to stimulate the brain and using amplitude modulation to shape the wave to mimic a desired EEG frequency, he was able to impose a 4.5 CPS theta rhythm on his subjects.

Currently, the entire US is covered by the electromagnetic field (waves) which was emitted from towers of the GWEN system. After the invisible operatives secretly entered people's homes/offices (vehicles, etc.), these operatives will position themselves around the target and send electric signals through their equipment to remotely manipulate people's emotional states, behaviors etc.
After our living environment is irradiated with electromagnetic waves, there are several hidden dangers. The invisible operatives of surveillance can interfere with the proper working of electronic system of target's vehicle, computer, etc. After secretly entering victim's home, the operatives might also activate hidden emitters in average household appliances which are near them and use it to injure the victim. Furthermore, after people are set in the electromagnetic field, the invisible operatives can secretly enter people's home/office, car to remotely influence people's health, emotions, behavior etc. within a short distance. That's because the human body is essentially an electrochemical system, and invisible operatives use the devices (that disrupt the electrical impulses of the nervous system) can affect behaviors and body functions.
2. Linking the entire country via VLF
Since GWEN tower emits VLF via ground wave, the VLF will hug the ground. The low electromagnetic waves will totally cover the entire US from the 500 feet high in air to the ground (go down to the basement's floor of every house & public building). It is just like a wireless (electromagnetic waves) web which covers all of America from 500 feet in the air to the ground, including any underground structures.
With the entire nation irradiated (covered in this VLF field), involved LEO of the surveillance system can use the VLF electromagnetic wave to "link" the electrical system of every car, boat, home, etc. to track/contact their invisible operatives (after the operatives have secretly entered people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc.).
Using the VLF field, the invisible operatives can interfere with the operation of electric system of household appliances and electronics equipments. Furthermore, these VLF can be used to power concealed emitters installed in household appliances.
3. Power-source for remote-control device
The VLF emits from the GWEN's tower might also be used to power concealed emitters hidden in avenge household appliances. According the below patent, electromagnetic wave can be converted into DC power to operate electronic devices.

According to this patent, the present invention relates in general to the transfer of energy by means of electromagnetic waves to power a remote device.
This idea is to convert microwaves to DC power, which can be done very efficiently and cost effectively with the right kind of transmission system capable of focusing the power into a narrow beam.

Using similar technology to power beam system, the involved LEO & operatives can use electromagnetic wave to power concealed emitters in electric system of cars, household appliances, and other electronics.
According to some victims' reports, involved LEO have used emitters installed in electronics to harm the victims. It seem that some electronics parts of certain household devices might have been re-designed to incorporate new functions (e.g. emit microwave). These re-designed parts are installed in everyday appliances. Thus, it can be used to power the hidden emitters in car, boat, home, public building (e.g. supermarket, hospital, shopping mall, etc.) by the nearby invisible operatives within a short distance to injure victims and manipulate people's lives (within the electromagnetic field which cover the entire country).
There is a special psychotronic generator which must be developed with the same technology as power beaming system. By using the special psychotronic generator, invisible operatives can send powerful electromagnetic wave or microwave radiation to attack any citizen through the hidden emitters of household appliance (telephone lines, TV, radio networks, microwave oven, computer monitor, lamp, etc.).

It can be used to provide energy to power hidden emitters (including the infrasound), and used as wire-less "electromagnetic web" to wire" every electrical system of car, boat, home etc. Therefore, after the operatives of surveillance station/system secretly enter people's homes/workplaces, vehicles, etc., they can remotely power the nearby hidden emitters in cars, boats, homes, shopping centers, public building, etc. to attack victims.
4. Manipulate the minds of the civilian population
"GWEN is a superb system, in combination with cyclotron resonance, for producing behavioral alterations in civilian population. The average strength of the steady geomagnetic field varies from place to place across the United States. Therefore, IF ONE WISHED TO RESONATE A SPECIFIC ION IN LIVING THINGS IN A SPECIFIC LOCALITY, one would require A SPECIFIC FREQUENCY FOR THAT LOCATION. The spacing of GWEN transmitters 200 miles apart across the United States would allow such specific frequencies to be 'TAILORED TO THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD STRENGTH IN EACH AREA.' The VLF also can be use to directly modify the behaviors of the population.

Surveillance Technologies being reported in the media
According "New Scientist" 1995, microwave image device use two small microwave radars to accurately monitor people's locations and even the location of the organs through walls and display it on the computer screen. It would enable the user by the invisible operatives who secretly enter people's homes to see their target's body on the computer screen if their target use equipment to protect at home (much like photograph created by the light reflected off people's skins onto the film--microwave imaging device).

When millitere wave technology are made widely available, the invisible operatives can easily spy on their target & protective equipment on target's body after the operatives secretly enter people's home/office, car, boat, etc.

If you want to see the surveillance, take a trip into the world of millimetre waves and the video cameras that are sensitive to them. People are stripped of their clothes and become featureless, luminous humanoids. Silhouetted against their bodies and suspended as if by magic, hang coins, buckles, pens and keys. Cars are dark and sinister, although their hot radiator grills are bright. Only the steel in reinforced concrete shows up, so buildings look more like cages of copper pipes and electricity cables than homes and offices. Millimetre waves sit in the electromagnetic spectrum between the infrared and microwaves. They are emitted by anything that contains water, especially if it is warm. The human body is an excellent source, and it stands out like a beacon at these frequencies.
"Millimetre waves are incredibly useful," says Steve Bohrer, an electrical engineer at Millitech, a company in Massachusetts that has spent 10 years developing cameras that can spot them. They pass straight through any nonconducting material--this includes almost all clothing and most types of building material, he says. Metals are poor emitters, while dielectric materials such as plastics, ceramics, plastic explosives and powdered drugs lie somewhere in between. The amount of millimetre wave radiation that any of these materials emits also depends on their temperature.
Like visible and infrared light, millimetre waves can be focused to form an image. "It's not difficult. All you need is a plastic lens," explains Bohrer. What is more difficult is detecting this image once it has been formed.
In a conventional video camera, light is turned into an electrical signal by sensors known as charge coupled devices (CCDs). An array of CCDs at the camera's focal plane generates the electronic signal that creates a picture on a monitor. The more sensors in the array, the finer the camera's resolution, so an important factor is the size of each CCD and hence the number that can be crammed into the array. Most home video cameras have thousands. But CCDs cannot be used to pick up millimetre waves. Instead radio antennas are needed detect the radiation, and the tiny currents induced in the antennas must be amplified into a clear electronic signal. Such devices tend to be relatively bulky.
The trick that Millitech has pulled off is to develop a way of making antennas only two or three millimetres across and then assembling 256 of them into a two-dimensional array.
At a distance of a meter or so the camera can resolve objects a few millimetres across. Like a conventional video camera, the array takes 30 pictures per second. The result is a real-time, moving image of the world in millimetre waves. Millitech's two prototype cameras can easily spot concealed metal knives and guns against the bright background of the bearer's body if the temperature of an object is known, it is also possible to identify the material it is made from, by assessing the brightness of the image. Since most concealed objects and packages are kept close to the body, their temperature can be estimated fairly accurately. Using this technique, crystalline substances such as sugar or powdered drugs can be identified clearly, although it is not possible to distinguish between the two.
By 1997, Millitech expects to have a millimetre-wave camera on sale for around $10,000, and a rugged portable version for $80,000.
To complement its camera, Millitech is developing computer software that will scan images produced by the camera and alert a human operator if it spots something suspicious. Fooling the computer will not be easy. "I suppose you could hide a gun inside a hot water bottle filled with water at body temperature." suggests Bohrer. "But the system would still pick up the rubber bottle." The only way to beat it will be to hide objects inside the body. The Millitech camera could be a voyeur's delight. At close range, males and females can be easily distinguished, says Bohrer. The intensity of the millimetre waves that human flesh emits depends on its temperature. A man's genitals are slightly cooler than the rest of the body so they appear darker. Bohrer says that the computerized scanning system will safeguard people s privacy by doing away with the need for routine human surveillance.
While millimetre-wave cameras ruffle through pockets and clothes, microwave imaging devices will look inside the human body for contraband hidden in even more intimate places (see "The Pocket Radar Revolution," "New Scientist", 12 August 1995). Developed at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California, these devices comprise two tiny radars that broadcast microwave impulses and listen for the reflections. Each radar controls its range by briefly opening its "ears" a short time after each pulse is broadcast, ignoring echoes from nearer or more distant objects. This effectively creates a shell around the radar, which typically has a radius of a few metros. By using two radars with shells that overlap, and varying the size of each shell, it is possible to map an entire volume of space. Such devices have enormous potential for surveillance. They could make strip-searches a thing of the past, for example. To a trained operator, foreign objects inside the body will show up as easily as those outside. And because microwaves pass easily through walls and doors, similar systems could be used to mount a discreet surveillance operation. The radar set should cost only a few dollars to assemble. It is already little bigger than a bar of soap, and could be made much smaller. Only the computing power to assemble the image will be expensive and bulky.
Further down the electromagnetic spectrum, the military electronics manufacturer Raytheon has come up with a way of detecting metal objects using radio waves with wavelengths of a few metres. The idea is that the radiation will excite electrons in a metal object which will radiate energy as they settle back into a lower energy state. The intensity and duration of this secondary radiation will depend on the size and shape of the object. Raytheon hopes to build a detector that bathes people with radio waves, and matches the secondary signal that this produces against a library of radio signatures from objects such as handguns and knives. For the moment, however, it is not clear how accurately this can be done.
Artificial sniffers that will identify us by our smell are another technology that is appearing on the horizon. One day such scent sensors could be as common as the video cameras that have sprouted over the past few years in city, streets, over road junctions, and inside shopping centers, airports and railway stations. "If you build new shopping mall, you could have sniffers all over the place," predicts George Dodd, a researcher with the Highlands Scientific Research Group at the Craig Dunain Hospital in Inverness, and the acknowledged father of the electronic nose. The sniffers could monitor how often an individual visits a store, identify known shoplifters as they enter and alert security staff if necessary. "You could detect intruders in an office, even identify them," Dodd claims.
Police forces in Holland, Germany and Hungary have extensive databanks of human smells taken with swabs from crime scenes, which they use to set sniffer dogs on the track of the culprit. With electronic noses, however, everybody's smell could be stored on computer, says Dodd. In future, smell could be used as evidence of a person's identity much as fingerprints and DNA tests are today.

How does it work? Well, the "chip contains a 10 character alphanumeric identification code that is never duplicated. When a scanner is passed over the chip, the scanner emits a 'beep' and your ... number flashes in the scanner's digital display."
[....] True, an implanted transponder can't yet hold anywhere near as much material as a smart card. But if the desire is there, larger size implants and tiny microchips could soon increase its storage capacity.

But there is no difference in principle between forced to carry a microchip in a plastic card in your wallet or in a little pellet in your arm. The principle that Big Brother has the right to track you is inherent in both. The only difference is a layer of skin.

While the Global Positioning System can track aircraft, there is a system of satellites in orbit right now that can track microchips injected into humans.
Dr. Carl Sanders, an engineer for 32 years and the designer of the Intelligence Manned Interface (IMI) biochip for use in humans, told the "Monetary Economic Review" that "There are new satellites going up (such as the) 66 satellites that 'Motorola is putting up in conjunction with the Russians. These are low-orbiting satellites."
He explains that certain microchips can be picked up by satellite. "We used this with military personnel in the Iraq war where they were actually tracked using this particular type of device."
The concept of tracking children with microchips is already generating interest. The government may have the legal right authority to do this through the Immigration Control Act of 1986, which gives the president the authority to implement whatever type of identification is necessary to control the population. Since such kind of ID chips only cost twenty-five dollars, it should have been installed in cars, boats, planes, etc. Therefore, it means the security system has wired every car, boat, airplane, home, etc. in America.
Furthermore, according to above report, Sematech in Austin, Tex., developed a computer chip in 1993 that is only 0.35 microns wide -- roughly 1/200th the size of a human hair.
Such type of tiny chip or even if it is 200 times bigger (which mean it is about the thickness of the a human hair) can be easily injected into the human body during vaccination without the person's knowledge. Therefore, the invisible operatives can tracked targeted citizens at any place after these kind of ID-chips have been injected into their bodies.
Also, comparing with my experiences in Taiwan, there are central control stations that coordinate the use of the machines in major Taiwan cities. These control stations are connected to sensors in the streets. So, they can track the flow of traffic or any car anywhere within the city.
If Taiwan has this type of central control stations, the United States should have the similar control centers. I deduce that these stations should use the "ID-chips" technology to locate targeted vehicles.
